Carmen Gendron

Position: Occupational Therapist
Group: Friends

Carmen is trained as an occupational therapist and has been working as the Elders Programs Coordinator for the Cowichan Elders since 1992. She is also involved in ongoing consulting for other First Nations on the west coast. She is currently on a year's leave from her job at Ts'ewulhtun Health Centre but will be returning on May 10.

Carmen's special interests are in Aboriginal Health and accessible housing design for people with mobility challenges.
