Doreen grew up in this area as a member of the First Nations community. For 16 years she has worked for Cowichan Tribes Health Care as a personal care worker in the Homecare program.
Recently Doreen held a short-term position in the Ts'ewulhtun Health Centre as a Community Health Representative but has now returned to working in the field as a home support worker. |
